Butters was rescued with his sibling from the prison.  His sibling passed away from Parvo.  Butters has been with his foster family since he was 3 months old.  He is such a sweet boy.  He loves to be petted, playing with his foster siblings, purring, talking, scratching posts, exploring and bird watching.  He's friendly once he gets to know you.  He's outgoing, likes to be where you are and is the best boy!  He's looking for his furever home.
